These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) govern access to and use of the homeo-spirits.com website, published by Homéospirits, 37 Rue de la Couture, 16130 Genté (hereinafter ‘the Publisher’).

The website offers:

• — Access to editorial content (local terroir, the Holohoméopathique winemaking method, winemaking expertise) via the ‘Journal du Vivant’.
• — A contact form and a form to join the shop’s waiting list.
• — Creating a personal user account.

Online sales are not currently available. They will be governed by separate terms and conditions of sale, which will be published when the shop opens.

Article 2 — Acceptance

By using this website, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions of Use in their current version.

When creating an account, acceptance is explicit: by ticking the box provided for this purpose when registering via the form available at /s-inscrire/, you declare that you have read these Terms and Conditions of Use and accept them without reservation.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

Article 3 — Access to the website and target audience

The homeo-spirits.com website features alcoholic drinks (Cognac, liqueurs and spirits). It is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over.

By accessing this website, you confirm that you are of legal age under the laws of your country of residence.

Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health. Please drink in moderation.

3.2 Technical access

The website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to maintenance work or technical issues beyond the Publisher’s control. No guarantee of continuous availability is given.

Access requires an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser. You are responsible for any internet connection charges.

Article 4 — User account

4.1 Creation

You can create a personal account at /s-register/. To create an account, you will need to provide a valid email address and a unique username, as well as a password.

4.2 Accuracy of information

You undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. In the event of any proven inaccuracy, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete the account in question.

4.3 Confidentiality of login details

Your login details are strictly personal. You are solely responsible for keeping them confidential and for any use made of your account. In the event of loss, theft or suspected compromise, please notify the Publisher immediately at contact@homeo-spirits.com.

4.4 One account per person

Each user may only hold one account. The creation of multiple accounts is prohibited.

4.5 Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to contact@homeo-spirits.com. The Publisher will delete your account within a reasonable period, unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data.

Article 5 — Available services

The website offers the following services:

• — Journal du Vivant: a round-up of published articles (local produce, la Holohoméopathie, news from the estate).
• — Contact form: send a message to the Publisher.
• — Shop waiting list: sign up to be notified when the online sale opens.
• — Account area: access your personal area once you have logged in.

Online sales will become available at a later date and will be subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be published when the shop opens.

Article 6 — User obligations

By using this website, you agree to:

• — Do not attempt to compromise the security of the website, its servers or its databases.

All content on the website — editorial texts, photographs of the estate and vineyard, visual identity, logo, style guide, and articles from the *Journal du Vivant* — is the exclusive property of Homéospirits or its authors, and is protected by copyright.

Any reproduction, representation, distribution or use, in whole or in part, of these elements without the Publisher’s prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

Short quotations for the purposes of criticism, information or education are permitted, provided that the source is cited with an active link to homeo-spirits.com.

Article 8 — Liability of the Publisher

8.1 Nature of the content

The content published on the website is for information purposes only: it covers the terroir, winemaking methods, winemaking expertise and the Holohoméopathique approach applied to viticulture.
