Step inside
our wine cellar.

A moment with Flavie and Virgile, from the laboratory to the cask — to understand, smell and taste a different way of making Cognac.

The invitation

Here, you’re not just visiting a setting: you’re stepping into a living, breathing place, where the vines are transformed into bottles right before our eyes.

The winery is not a museum. It is the workshop where our Holohoméopathique method is put into practice every day — from the soil to the bottle. We open our doors to small groups to share this work in its raw form.

You’ll come away with a new perspective on what you’re drinking: that of a terroir free from chemicals, one that has been listened to rather than constrained.

The route

Four stages, one common goal.

Microscopic observation in the estate’s laboratory

The Living Laboratory

Reading the Invisible

It all begins with observation. Under the microscope, we study the life of the soil and the plant — bacteria, fungi, balances. This is where our formulations are born, on the scale of the infinitely small.

Whisper to the plant

We explain the law of similars and dynamisation: how, using minute doses, we ‘speak’ to living organisms rather than forcing them. A vibrational approach, where information replaces heavy chemistry.

Focus on the essentials

From the still to the cask, discover how we blend without masking the character of the wine. The wood becomes a partner, never a mask: each cask tells the story of a forest, and every blend strives for perfection.

Get a taste of the authentic local atmosphere

The tour ends at the bar, with a glass in hand. Brandies, liqueurs and grape juice: you’ll taste a terroir free from chemical constraints, and we’ll discuss your impressions.

Inside the wine cellar

“In the glass, the whole place comes to life: the vineyard, the soil and time.”
